Erika Florizel Narhi-Martinez is an American painter and illustrator who currently resides in Berlin, Germany. She received her BFA in Printmaking from the University of Iowa and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Art Conservation from SACI in Florence, Italy. She recently completed an artist residency in El Salvador where she completed her second mural in El Palmarcito and collaborated with local and international artists. Florizel is influenced by her midwest upbringing in the United States, her life and work experience in Germany and El Salvador, and her classical art education in Italy.
